“This program is unique in that cover a wide range of challenges faced by EA’s with an ultimate goal of increasing the productivity and profile of the executive leadership support role. All content is delivered by industry speakers as live polls, interactive exchange group sessions, and cutting-edge workshops so you will return to the office with tangible ideas that may be implemented immediately.
The program has been designed to deliver on three core pillars of educational excellence:
1. Peer-led case studies and master classes– Executive Support leaders representing leading organizations will lead solution driven, in-depth discussions about common industry challenges. You will come back to the office with a better understanding of how other Executive Assistants are successfully elevating a leadership role, effectively implementing proven communication strategies, creating a personal brand to take their career to the next level, and mastering time management and technology tools.

Professional development opportunities– This forum provides live polls and discussion, interactive exchange group sessions, and hands-on workshops with peers and industry leaders, addressing top industry changes and best practices.
